Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review the return guidelines below based on product type.
1. Gel Polishes and Other Liquid Products
Due to the sensitive nature of gel products, we kindly ask that you inspect your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
If you notice any issues (e.g. leakage, thickened texture, or color separation), please contact us immediately at ourst0re@hotmail.com with photos and order details.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any product changes or damage that occur due to incorrect storage after delivery.
Gel polishes and similar products must be stored at proper temperature and away from direct sunlight.
If the product was in good condition upon arrival, we cannot accept returns based on changes that occurred afterward.
2. Tools, Packaging, and Non-liquid Items
You may return items such as scissors, craft bags, and other non-liquid products within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:
- The item is unused
- The original (manufacturer’s) packaging is undamaged
3.Electrical Equipment (Nail Drills , Dust Collectors, and Other Devices)
Please note that electrical devices such as Nail drills, dust collectors, lamps, and similar equipment are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns are accepted only in case of a verified manufacturing defect, as described in the product manual and warranty conditions.
If the device is functioning properly but simply does not meet your personal preferences, returns or exchanges are not available.
Warranty claims can only be processed if the issue falls under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Please refer to the instruction manual for detailed warranty terms.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
