Matte top coat without a sticky layer that maintains excellent mattness for up to two weeks. Matte top with golden foil glitter, like tiny living bubbles, creates a playful and festive effect on the nails

Application technology of Top Cheers:

• Perform standard nail preparation
• After that, it is recommended to cleanse the nail plate using Edlen Prep&Finish dehydrator
• Apply Ultrabond Edlen – a special agent that promotes strong adhesion of artificial material to the nail plate
• Apply Edlen base coat to the nail in a thin or leveling layer and cure in a UV lamp – 90 sec, in LED/Hybrid lamp – 60 sec
• Apply Top Cheers Edlen in one layer, evenly distribute the glitter across the nail plate, and cure in a UV lamp – 90 sec, in LED/Hybrid lamp – 60 sec

! It is recommended to cure in the lamp for 2 min for maximum mattness preservation
