Product Inspection and Return Policy
1. Product Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers must inspect their order upon receipt – checking the presence of all items, the correctness of colors and quantities, and the integrity of the packaging.
- If you notice any discrepancies in your order (missing item, incorrect shade, etc.), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- After 24 hours, we will not be able to accept claims regarding order completeness or physical defects of the product.
2. Inspection of Gel Polishes and Other Liquid Products
Gel polishes, bases, top coats, and other liquid products must be checked on the day of receipt.
- If you detect an issue with consistency, color density, or other defects, please inform us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
- We are not responsible for the condition of the product if it has been opened or stored improperly (exposure to high or low temperatures, direct sunlight, etc.).
3. Electrical Equipment (Nail Drills, Dust Collectors, and Other Devices)
Please note that electrical devices such as nail drills, dust collectors, lamps, and similar equipment are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns are accepted only in case of a verified manufacturing defect, as described in the product manual and warranty conditions.
If the device is functioning properly but simply does not meet your personal preferences, returns or exchanges are not available.
Warranty claims can only be processed if the issue falls under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Please refer to the instruction manual for detailed warranty terms.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product has a manufacturing defect and you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, opened, or stored under improper conditions.
- Gel polishes, bases, top coats, and other liquid products are non-returnable if they have been opened or used.
5. Responsibility for Proper Storage
From the moment the product is received, the customer is responsible for its proper storage and use.
- We cannot guarantee the product's quality if it has been stored for more than 24 hours without inspection, as storage conditions may affect its condition.
6. How to Report a Problem
If you notice an issue with the product:
1. Send a photo or video of the defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Describe the issue and provide your order number.
3. We will review your request and provide a resolution (exchange, replacement, or compensation if the issue is confirmed).
