Application:
  -Prepare before applying FIBER BASE Siller nail plate:make a manicure, degrease.
  -Apply FIBER BASE Siller in a thin, uniform layer,wait until the surface is leveled.
  -Dry in a lamp for up to 60 seconds ( depending on the lamp).
