Toki-Toki Neon base No 04 -5ml

Who doesn't love bright summer colors? We have created juicy summer bases by Neon for summer-lover-girls. What is your favorite color? Bright orange? Ripe lime? Bright flamingo? Choose any and make your days brighter no matter the season.

The application technology is no different from any other base:
1. Prepare the nail plate, buff it a little, apply a degreaser, and, if necessary, an ultra-bond.
2. Apply the base, dry it in the lamp, apply the color in 1-2 layers, each of which, of course, also dry. Secure the top with a top.

If you use an old-style UV lamp, dry each layer for 2 minutes, if you use an LED lamp, 30 seconds is enough.
